Team Lead - Maintenance for World's largest Floating LNG PRELUDE, Australia

• Plant Maintenance Work planning for preventive and corrective maintenance, Turn around & Project activities for rotary and static equipment’s of FLNG Prelude, Shell Australia.• Preparing Comprehensive work packs for PM, CM, Shutdown, Turnaround Maint. Activities and support maintenance and reliability engineers from end-to-end basis.• Carry out assessment, ensure correct prioritization of work, troubleshoot & propose technical solutions virtually, co-ordinate discussion with stakeholders, conduct Risk Assessment, ensure good QA/QC & final job closure to enable high equipment reliability/plant technical availability.• Understand machinery constructions and maintenance methods such as proactive /preventive/corrective maintenance being followed in operating units and assist them in making changes and improve readiness with sufficient time before maintenance activities begin.• Analyze technical data and documents and processes for upstream businesses by working with engineering, maintenance, operations and project teams & partners of respective OUs and technical discussions with global, site maintenance leads/technical authorities & OEMs etc.• Planning Work orders in SAP and building library work packs that include detailed description of the tasks that need to be performed for time & condition based maintenance, breakdown maintenance, ordering parts required, service or tools required, estimating time required Estimating cost of work order, network structure.• Support investigating and analysis of CM work request to identify the true cause of the problem and prepare work orders with the detailed tasks to repair the damage with as much as detailed information required to complete the job effectively including procedures, sketches, specifications or drawings deemed necessary.• Confidence to work in virtual environment and managing engagement across different levels of stakeholders, including senior management for day to day operations.

• Plan & Deliver maintenance execution of rotating & static equipment's in Petrochemicals, Oil& Gas plants i.e Linear Alkyl Benzene,Neptha Cracker,MEG,Utilities etc using SAP, ASSAI, E-vision, Navis Works and Microsoft office as tools.• Perform equipment troubleshooting, major Overhauling and Reliability improvement plan for Rotary Equipment's and Develops Equipment Reliability strategies (SMP, RCA, RCM etc.)• Prepare, Review & update Standard Maintenance Practice and Comprehensive Work pack. • Carry out Root Cause Analysis for Failure (RCA), Prepare & Review RCM (FMEA) & Preventive Maintenance Optimization studies, Implement Action & incorporate in all site assets.• Interfaces with plant Reliability & Maintenance engineers to ensure timely completion and documentation of required strategy to ensure reliable functioning of rotating Equipment.• Planning & Execution of planned/unplanned shutdowns and Turnarounds (TA). Perform shutdown management - planning, preparation & execution to achieve targets on duration, cost and safety.• Plan & Execute plant changes (MOC) and minor projects (CAPEX) meeting HSE requirements, budget and schedule.• Prepare Annual Maintenance Budget, Material & Service Procurement & Inventory Management.• Supervise maintenance contractor (craft productivity and quality of work) for effective and efficient execution. Manage the activities in the hard schedule, adopting small adjustments or deviations where necessary.• Ensures Safety, Reliability/quality & optimum cost during maintenance execution.• Ensure compliance of mechanical engineering practices and assets with statutory obligations, Engineering Codes of Practices(GFR,IBR,etc)• Liaise with/consults Operations, Technology, other Engineering and Procurement departments as part of the execution of jobs & Reliability plans.• Work towards meeting KPI's and Target, Ensure compliance with HSSE barriers

• To plan and execute all the maintenance activities such as Preventive, Preductive and Breakdown maint. Of the ROTORY and STATIC equipments.• To maintain / repair all the equipment timely in the specified area to minimize the loss of production / to reduce downtime of breakdown maintenance.• To support in preparing job planning for the next day and planning for material to be required.• To maintain and update the IMS formats/documents, history card, lubrication schedule, spare list and spare stock.• Cost optimization by implementing various techniques.• Condition monitoring of critical equipments.• To assist in arranging of spare parts and do the necessary follow ups.• To do the job as assigned by the reporting officer.• To analyze, review to help in finding out repetitive failure area.• To review and maintain the time schedule in completing the assignment / job.• To maintain records of equipment for history (CMMS system).• To complete work with best safety standards.• Overhauling Maintenance of the mechanical equipments.
