SAP(MM Module)- Material Posting and issue as per requisition received from all departments.  Making the GRN of incoming material in the warehouse through SAP.  Inventory counting and verification.  Looking after projects at all stages and providing solutions to everyday problems related to material.  On daily basis updating project status and actively same updating in GEMBA meeting.  Daily updating assembly requirements so that material available with 100% availability on time to the respective assembly station.  Allocating proper resource to the manpower so that work can continue smoothly.  Coordinating with assembly team and looking there requirements on priority so that assembly work does not held up.  Monitoring & maintaining record of the calibration certificates for EHS audits.  Maintaining discipline and looking after 5’S and safety in shop floor for smooth operation as per the EHS guidelines.  Actively coordinating with the Packing team regarding availability of material as per packing list.  Hold project material inventory & utilization.  Responsible for logistics activities, proper material storage, safe loading and shifting.  Responsible for scrap process such as scrapped material & its disposal on time from plant, report generation & coordination with internal team for better scrap management.  Keeping track of rejected material and disposed scrap.  Responsible for Scrap Yard management, Ensure auditable documentation related to scrap yard. Scrap auction and vehicle placement, delivery follow ups etc.  Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
