Here i learned more deeper aspects of an HR for 3months such has candidate sourcing and screening, managing employee details, creating esi & pf and , processing payroll. Created legal documents including NDAs, letter of appointment, and abscond notices 1, 2 & termination letter etc.

Worked with hr team for 1 month where i learned how an HR behaves and recruite candidates by interviewing.
