Junior Associate – HR Handling Joining Formalities, Induction, Exit Interview and Documentation. Updating Personal Details in Ms-Excel, Appointment Letters, Relieving Letters and Other Letters Preparations. Co-ordinate Payroll Process. Co-ordinate Statutory Compliance, Monthly Wage Register and ESIC temporary card hadling. Maintain Employee Relationship. Plant Mobilization, Transitions and Team Handling. Handling end-to-end recruitment and entire responsibility right from the sourcing of the candidates till the selection.• Coordinating with various clients as per the requirement.• Sourcing candidates through our own internal resume database, other internet databases (Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn), referrals, and other resources etc.• Screening the Candidates to meet the client’s specifications through telephonic interviews & optionally with personnel interviews.• Handling various Senior, Middle & Junior level positions for Automobile Sector.• Good closure rate by placing right candidates at right place at right time.• Successfully recruited & placed a wide spectrum of candidates in the Non IT Sector.
