 Inoculated Technical orientation /Focus in Sugarcane cultivation to improve yield in cane Development team with Training programme and field visits who got low yield and CCS growers. Promote use of Organic Manure (Press Mud) enriched with Bio-fertilizers and Green Manure on Sugarcane crop as well as intercrop by organizing demonstrations with sustainable sugarcane production. Promote the Trash shredding or Trash blanket prctices in Rainfed cane area due to Water scarcity. Establishment for the Sugarcane Variety Development and Variety structure(Early mature variety,Mid late,Late) accordingly arranging by local weather condition.  Conduct various demo plots such as Detrash&Mulching.Fertilzer placement,Intercrop pulses with sugarcane etc.......,.

Responsible for execution and coordination of Cane Development Plans and activities at the unit :- Seed arrangement and Planting of cane in general and early/improved varieties of Sugarcane in particular- Planting of early improved varieties of sugarcane- Management of Seed nurseries - Trials and Demonstrations on different methods of cane planting and nutrition management- Preparation of financial budget,month wise fund requirement and fertilizer requirement.- Cane Area Survey and Display thereof in villages for Cane calandering- Sale of Agro-inputs- Related Extension and Liasion work- Agronomy cropping sytem for sugarcane.2. Provide MIS at predetermined periods on the following :- Yield status/Ha- Cane Intensity- Prestart Cane Sample Analysis- Providing input for development for future cane stratagies - MIS on progress of planting during the planting seasonAchievements a. Achivement of different planting targets area increase.b. Executing planting through new techniques e.g. ‘Dual row Planting’ to increase the yield parameters.c. Intercropping of sugarcane with pulses and gree manure crops.
