Responsible for all operational matter related to vessels and cargoes while on berth.Responsible to prepare vessel load & discharge plan using related software.Coordinating with port regarding vessel ETA’s and operations for the shipments.Coordinates with Chief Officer/Captain with regards to vessel loading plan, bunkering etc.Coordinates with port authorities with regards to the requirements concerning vessel pre arrival/arrival/operational departure.Coordinates with principals regarding vessel arrival/operational/departure.Preparing and submission of discharging list, load list, empty export list for container vessels.Preparing vessel PDA/FDA for the principals.Prepares daily demurrage/storage for APL/Baltic/New Port.Responsible for sending of daily and weekly inventories to principals.Arranging monthly statement of shipments for the principal.Assisting staff members regarding shipping matters. Responsible to deal with Marine & Cargo claims arising from Client regarding damages, loses.Coordinating with other staff on all shipping matters.Arranging bunkers supply for vessels.Liaising with vessel Master for complete port regulation/information regarding berthing, draft limitation, Pilot availability.Coordinates with the principals and provides timely update of vessel status while on berth.Provides assistance to principal and staffs as and whenever required.

Loading and discharging of containers as per the stowage plan,/working on small barges as well as mother vessels up to 140000TEUs/discharging and loading of OOG cargos using sufficient materials/loading and discharging of Break Bulks (boats, machineries, generators etc) up to 90tns/handling the gantry crane with full responsibility /preparation of loading plans with applications like Navis Sparcs,Power Stow/good knowledge of yard stacking as well.
