• Owning Udaan logistics operation and implementation of key strategic projects to ensure meeting KPI’s.• Managing vendor relationship, COD reconciliation and driving operation excellence to reduce the escalation points.• Managing network design and expansion to help business to penetrate new markets.• Driving executive MIS reporting, Driving pendency, Logistics cost control and PDD adherence

• Managing P&L and National operation of Major key accounts. (I.e., FLIPKART, Bajaj Electronics, Pepperfry etc)• Managing complete delivery cycle of first mile, line haul and last mile for assigned orders.• Driving key accounts profitability and volume through problem solving and relationship management.• Ensure key KPI’s delivery of FTRF delivery, PDD adherence, COD management, RTO and reverse management.• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key performance metric

• Driving Monthly target & tracking sales progress of prominent customer in given territory.• Track Sale in (primary) & sale out (secondary),• Retention & Servicing of the Distributer, wholesaler & Retailers in the specified territory.• Make sure the order is shipped and delivered within the TAT.
