Roles and Responsibilities:•Field Marketing: Spearheading marketing efforts for Australia and New Zealand, encompassing deal support, campaigns, events, client visits, partner marketing, and thought leadership.•Sales Support: Instrumental in providing marketing support for 60+ deals, influencing a total contract value exceeding USD 1 billion.•Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams from field marketing, sales, delivery, product management, pre-sales, and other functions.•Training and Upscaling Programs: Developed and supervised training initiatives for a 50-member team, prioritising skill enhancement and cross-service line training through over 30 sessions.•Strategy and Planning: Conceptualizing and executing marketing communications campaigns for EMEA, APME, DNA, and various industry marketing teams.•Key Account Management: Ideation and collaboration with clients, copy team, video team, and design team for marketing campaign execution.•Content Marketing and Thought Leadership: Publishing and promoting content on various industry associations and key opinion leadership platforms
