Current- Interacting with the entire engineering team to solve problems, build, extend, optimize and refactor the backend architecture of growing products at Airtel Digital.- Worked on Airtel’s DTH Domain for Order Entry Team, responsible for receiving and passing through all DTH order from different source channels.- Spearheaded the revamp of the Airtel DTH B2B product, resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction, sales, & efficiency. leading to a 60-70% increase in operational efficiency and reduced processing time.- Integrated third-party APIs for location accuracy, payment and enhancing the system’s functionality and supporting seamless order transactions.- Developed a migration utility that allows customer’s pack to be automatically changed when they leave their ARPs resulting in the increase of revenue by over 10 million rupees per month.- Developed a Health Check portal to monitor the status of all the services. This enables the team to identify any issue or errors that may be affecting the performance of system.- Designing, developing and owning components of a highly scalable, distributed web services platform.- Participating in Sprint Grooming, Sprint Retro, Sprint Review and daily Scrum to discuss on product development.
