- 6+ years of professional experience driving digital transformation projects, enterprise data management and governance projects, and delivering IT solutions in the BFSI, Energy Sector and travel industry, with a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, functional consulting, product management, and enterprise software development- Strong communication and analytical skills, hands-on experience in project scoping, estimation, team management, people management, and managing multi-stakeholder expectations in large-scale digital transformation projects- Experience in business process modeling, designing solutions for reference master data management, preparing interactive Excel dashboards and delivering effective PowerPoint presentations- Experience engaging with various domain architects, data producers, data consumers, and engineering leads to support enterprise-wide data management activities; Experience with metadata management, data quality management and data governance practices- Expertise in data lineage tracking, and visualization at various granularities (dataset level, data attributes level) to be able to provide insights on the data flows right from the operational sources to the analytical consumption layer- Knowledge of tools like Visual Paradigm, Querybook, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Datadog, Collibra and cloud technologies like AWS; good command over SQL for data extraction and analysis- Managed end-to-end project planning and execution activities throughout the Agile SDLC, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, building the product backlog, preparing key design artifacts (FDD and FSD), elaborating and grooming stories, preparing user guides and providing support during CQA and UAT activities- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies in different time zones.
