1. Pre-tendering & Post tendering Estimation of HVAC Projects.2. Preparing documents as per specifications, drawings given by Consultant/Customer.3. Equipment selections such as DSA,DPA air-conditioning unit,VRF, AHUs, , Chillers, Pumps & Cooling Towers etc.4. Negotiation with client before releasing of Letter of Award (LOA)/Purchase Order (PO).5. To co-ordination for submitted drawings for different projects to clients for approval.6. Material planning/ordering as per specifications and close monitoring of inventory at site.7. Project execution as per the approved drawings and schedules.8. Finalize to expert contractors in relevant field such as ducting, piping, insulation, and electrical works.9. Checking and controlling the quality of work i.e. ducting, piping, insulation and it’s installation as per specification/approved drawing and to client satisfaction.10. Preparing W.O. to Contractors & BAB passing to contractors as per approved measurement sheet.11. Commissioning & Validation of HVAC systems such as DSA,DPA,VRF,Chiller Plants, AHUs, Pumps and Cooling Towers etc.12. Sorting out issues related to design with consultant & project manager/customer's representative.13. Successfully handing over to whole HVAC systems to client within limited time frame.Certified ISO Auditor for internal process as per ISHRAE Standard .
