 Actively involved in the operations of new product development of JEEP  Conducted PPAP and PDR Audit to assure compliance with standards and achieve the best quality of parts. Worked closely with a supplier in improving the quality of products through corrective actions. Responsible for the incoming quality of supplied products. Introduced several Poka-yokes at supplier end to make their process more robust to prevent quality spillages at our end. Responsible for KPI of Warranty, DPV, BSR, and field failure concerns. Troubleshooting quality issues on the shop floor. Followed up suppliers for closure of quality issues and improvement of non-conformance factors.
