Bericap ( is an  ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005  and PAS 223:2011 German based MNC Company having branch in 21 different countries to be known as the high quality closure manufacturing company which contributes to invent, develop, manufacture, market and consistently supply world class high value-added plastic closures and dispensers. *Responsibility  Working on Planning and Execution of Molding, Post *Molding and Assembly department. *Planning, Installation and Setup of Molding, Assembly unit. *Responsible for competitor's product Testing & Analysis . *Study customer's requirements & develop the products to meet the customer requirements and safety regulations. *Responsible for carrying out the Feasibility study for all new products (Manufacturability, Product validation) .* Study the test results & take appropriate corrective action, if any failure occurs. *Conduct product validation tests at customer end (Complete machine performance test) along with customer & get their approval for regular production. *Interaction with Customer complaints .* Solving Trouble Shooting Problems. *Working on Kaizens & Cost Saving. *Documentations as per ISO. *Process Optimization and Fine Tuning. *Cycle Time Reduction and Improve Productivity.* Maintain 5s and House- Keeping.* Motivating and Educating the Production people
