1. Assist the Technical Manager & Quality Manager in testing & calibration.2. Interaction with customer give answer of all quires3. Performed the testing & calibration of the product as per relevant Indian Standard.4. Preparation of test & calibration certificates. 5. Monitor & follow up job’s progress, co-ordinate with technical team and liaison with internal department.6. Maintain the documents according to our quality / procedure manual as per IS/ISO/IEC 17025:2005 & ISO 9001:2008. Are as follows:- Prepare of Quality Manual, Procedure manual and formats as per Procedure manual. - Prepare Standard operating procedure of different items and product.- Prepare scope & list of type test and instrument use.- Work instruction for Testing & Calibration.- Work instruction for Uncertainty Calculation.- Observation sheet format for Testing & calibration as per product and its relevant standard.- Test Report Format as per product and its relevant standard.- Calibration Certificate format. - List of Equipment for testing and calibration.- Calibration plan for testing instruments & reference standard as per due date of calibration. - Send the instrument/equipment and reference standard to relevant laboratory for calibration as per calibration plan. - Traceability Record.- Intermediate Checks.- In-house calibration record - Review of Calibration Certificate.- Internal laboratory comparison & its calculation etc.- All Quality Related Document maintain.6. Calculation of Uncertainty of measurements for the above mentioned parameter. 7. Check all document which are prepared by junior staff.8. Maintained document for site calibration.9. Maintain Purchasing document i.e. Purchase order, Inspection of Material, Chemical and Equipment, maintain stock register of material and equipment.

1. Prepare weekly and monthly production and dispatch plan of tiles.2. Prepare every day production and dispatch plan detail of tiles.3. Arrangement of raw materials i.e. cements, aggregates, marble chips for both factory and site.4. Attending meetings with clients for site work.5. Prepare samples of tiles in factory as per discussion with customer in meeting.6. Visit sites where floor work was running and check the quality of floor such as finishing of floor, level of floor as per site drawing and also guide how the best quality achieve in floor work.7. After completion of site work, measure the area of floor work at site.8. Prepare bill for customer as per measurement of site.Achievements in Northern India Tiles Corporation 1. Cast- in-situ floor work in Jodhpur site where I was perform responsibility as Site engineer in the absence of Site Engineer and I gave good result in floor work with more shine without any crakes as compare to other room.2. Floor work at Toyota show room opposite Rohini Jail sector-18, at this site we spread pre-cast mosaic ,chequred, payable wash tile and insert aluminum strip in these tiles here also achieve good result.
