Maintain the documents according to our quality / procedure manual as per IS/ISO/IEC 17025:2005 & ISO 9001:2008. Are as follows:- Prepare of Quality Manual, Procedure manual and formats as per Procedure manual. - Prepare Standard operating procedure of different items and product.- Prepare scope & list of type test and instrument use.- Work instruction for Testing & Calibration.- Work instruction for Uncertainty Calculation.- Observation sheet format for Testing & calibration as per product and its relevant standard.- Test Report Format as per product and its relevant standard.- Calibration Certificate format. - List of Equipment for testing and calibration.- Calibration plan for testing instruments & reference standard as per due date of calibration. - Send the instrument/equipment and reference standard to relevant laboratory for calibration as per calibration plan. - Traceability Record.- Intermediate Checks.- In-house calibration record - Review of Calibration Certificate.- Internal laboratory comparison & its calculation etc.- All Quality Related Document maintain.6. Calculation of Uncertainty of measurements for the above mentioned parameter. 7. Check all document which are prepared by junior staff.8. Maintained document for site calibration.9. Cast- in-situ floor work in Jodhpur site where I was perform responsibility as Site engineer in the absence of Site Engineer and I gave good result in floor work with more shine without any crakes as compare to other room.2. Floor work at Toyota show room opposite Rohini Jail sector-18, at this site we spread pre-cast mosaic ,chequred, payable wash tile and insert aluminum strip in these tiles here also achieve good result.
