Maintenance in ESP, boiler,ETP,STP,RO plant, cooling tower, chiller, scrubber.10. Maintenance of chemical plant LT panel, SCADA instrument motor, pump.* Reporting to Deputy General manager of Electrical department.* fault diagnosis, troubleshooting of plant equipment and machinery.* prepration of monthly/weekly preventive and shutdown schedule * schedule with the available manpower and resources.* Execution of maintenance works as per monthly and weekly plan.* Handling shift with the manpower.* Maintain the critical spare parts and ensure the spares and optimum stock.*preparing breakdown, Root cause analysis report, Daily energy and solar report.* prepration & reviewing of cable schedule, field instrument chart, project related , document drowning.* Reising PRQ and capex as per SRF and project propose.* vendor coordination reising requests for purchplant.
