Job Profile:Preparing various documents i.e. control plan, Quality Control tools, Lay Out Inspection, Product Audit, Stage wise Product Audit, Process Audit, Customer PPM, In-house PPM, Fixture Audit Report, Process Validation Report, inspection of inward material on line.Solving Quality problems of weld shop assembly line.Interaction with Customer & supplier Guiding & preparing Zero Defect Product.Monitoring & Auditing the In process & Final Quality documents as per system.Handling manpower in QAMonitoring daily Process Audit Reports as per control plan.Support to production department for taking corrective action for the issues.Monthly presentation of defects and problem analysis with next customer.In-house rework & rejection analysis and preparing the action plan to reduce the same.Inspection of bought out material (Inward) Supply on line Implement & monitor in process inspection according to control plan standards.Final Inspection of CKD Material for Thailand, on line Shell Body & Load Body inspection.Ensuring 5 ‘S’ audit.Knowledge of sheet metal parts, handling customer ,Vendor supports and feed backs.Process knowledge of welding components and press shop.Basic knowledge of metal parts and seating system.Knowledge of drawing and understanding of drawing requirements and standards given in drawing.Responsible for all new activities related to metal parts.Follow up with suppliers for ECN implement to meet the project timelineEnsure effective daily work managementCo-ordinate with plant for Assy Line set upCoordinate with supplier Quality team to ensure timely and flaw less development.
