 Managing contractors and the team to execute the project deliveries within time line. Coordination with acquisition team during the site visits for technical solution. Execution of project: Civil works construction, Tower Erection, Electrical installation, power supply survey, GSM BTS roll-out, BTS installation&Comissioning, site integration, special projects like Repeaters etc. Vendor’s allocation as per project role out schedule. Coordinate the works and make sure that they are delivered within the time and quality expected. Acceptance of equipments related to the networks.

 Handling all civil activities such as Technical site survey, SBC, layouts, tower Foundation casting as per site design drawing, Tower Erection etc. Supervision of Electrical Installation, commissioning & trouble shooting of D.G., A/C. Rectifier units, Battery banks, PIU, Fire alarm system, Electrical wiring inside & outside of shelter/cage, Earthing work. Supervision of BTS installation&Comissioning, integration, antenna installation, orientation of mounts. Commissioning and acceptance test of equipment related the networks. Handing over the Cell sites to the Opcos.

 Manage the maintenance team to compliance with all on-site requirements. Providing technical support to our technical supervisors as required. Planning maintenance schedule and execute by our technical team&vendors. Deployment of fuel suppliers for operation of diesel generators.  Keep close tracking of outage on daily basis and maintain outage report. Recruitment of technical team in our zone as per the requirement time by time. Review meeting with Vodafone&NSN team on weekly basis for smooth operation of network.  Preparing MIS report of our Zone every month and providing to headquarter. Preparing service invoice and submit it to our client.

 Supervision of site construction such as civil works, electrical installation, DG installation and Commissioning, 3phase power supply survey etc. RFI and acceptance test of equipments related the networks. Handing over the Cell sites to the Opcos. Operation & maintenance (O&M), warranty service.

As a Trainee Engineer handling Electrical maintenance, power supply operation in factory, servicing and trouble shooting of electrical equipment, H.T & L.T yard maintenance. Specially take care of PF improvement.
