CurrentNTF is a leading manufacturer of multiple Automotive parts with diversified processes (Polyurethane, Plastic injection moulding, Thermo Compression/ Press Shop) for multiple 4W & Commercial Vehicle OEM - (MSIL, Toyota, Honda, JCB, CNH, ALJ) As an Tier-1 supplier.Key Responsibility- PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT:1. Provide leadership for the successful day to day operations of the facility.2. Calculating Resources requirements for the future months like Manpower, Machine hours, Tools, RM, BOP etc.3. Capacity calculation and Enhancements for operation, Assembly Line, Machine, Process, Manpower etc.4. Regular monitoring and Pro-active controlling action for Profit and Loss so that Operations run in targeted budgets.5. Cycle time and Takt time calculations to identify gaps and setting the targets for Machine, Man Hours and Process6. Inventory control and material management flow through layout and identifying each storage location and movement in layout for controlling BOP/RM/ WIP inventory on shop floor.7. Implementing 5s on shop floor and education workers for the same.MANUFACTURING MANAGEMENT:1. Coordinate with the PPC team to create monthly, weekly production plan as per current capacity with maximum utilization of each line and maintaining product mix as per prioritization of customers.2. In case of any Material issues/ Machine or tool issues coordinate with team to ensure timely avaliability of Material/ Man/ Machine/ tools for smooth manufacturing process.
