Backed up by a strong ambition to achieve the very best and a sincere belief that there is no alternative to hard work after passed out from Mumbai Veterinary College, one of the premier Institute of Veterinary Sciences in India, I started my career as Jr. Scientist at INTOX Pvt. Ltd., Pune. At INTOX, I gained the firsthand knowledge and experience of the corporate world of Pathology. Afterward, I joined the Suven Life Sciences Ltd., Hyderabad as Associate Scientist and employed my gained knowledge to establish the Toxicology Division to carry out the discovery research of various in-house NCE’s and internationally collaborative projects on toxicity studies. Reviewing my experience & profile, National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (NIPER) selected me as Grade-I Scientist to work at National Toxicology Center for accreditation and certification of GLP status of first public sector laboratory in India.After the successful task of NIPER’s National Toxicology Center, inner academia in me forced to join the highly reputed historic Mumbai Veterinary College, Mumbai as a faculty in Veterinary Pathology Division. I have participated in 15 national and international conferences/seminars/symposia, attended 12 scientific pieces of training/hands-on programme and 12 Teaching and Management Skill Training/ Workshops. I have many abstracts in the scientific compendium and published 32 full-length research papers and review articles in journals of national and international repute. I am also working as a major research guide/mentor for 6 M.V.Sc. students and acted as a member of the Student’s Research Advisory Board for 19 scholars till date. I am very positive and passionate about the work and believe that quality efforts, multitasking approach, impeccable guidance, and hard work are keys to success and required for constant growth as a person and professional.

  Mumbai Veterinary College, Mumbai is highly reputed historic institute in the field of Veterinary Sciences. I am working here as a faculty in Veterinary Pathology Division. I am looking at the routine work of the department and actively participated in disease diagnostic activities apart from the strict academic schedule of teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students at Parel and Goregaon campuses of the institute.
