Role as: Quality assurance & Quality AnalysesResponsibilities as follows:• Understand and learn Quality Inspection functions to meet the set targets.• Understand and give inputs to plan inspection activities to achieve & complete the tasks in time• Understanding of documentation processes.• Documentation of records of measuring equipment.• Interactions with related departments like Manufacturing Engineering, SCM to understand the quality related issues• Help in Man Power allocation, utilization and control of inspectors.• To help in maintaining discipline and support inspector’s deliverables in time. • Help in developing continual improvement programs for inspectors Alignment with core values and achieving the objectives of the organization• Root Cause analysis and CAPA, follow up the effectiveness of action• Conducting Internal/Supplier Process/Product Audit• Supporting the Houston plant for preparing QA documents & verification of material Mill TC.• Set the KRA for the team members and quarterly verifying the same.• Preparation of Final QA document for assembly which includes pressure testing, mechanical assembly, electronic assembly, torqueing, hydrogen filling etc.• Core team member on implementing system ‘’API - Q1 9th Edition’’ & ‘’ISO 9001-2004’’ and ‘’OSHAS 18001’’ & ‘’ISO 14001-2008’’• Analyzing the quality performance of ‘’Business Unit’’ in terms of COPQ, PPM (customer/supplier/in-house)• Analyzing the Non-Conformities in terms of Pareto analysis of defects/deviation, Pareto analysis of Root-cause, analysis on aging of Action plan
