Pramod helps in establishing project/program dashboards containing KPIs and Metrics for monitoring and ensuring engineering efficiency and effectiveness. Pramod trains engineering teams on Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Till now, Pramod has trained more than 600 people in India and Singapore.Pramod is also certified to carry out 1-on-1 executive coaching for leadership development, and coaching teams enhance leadership growth and team effectiveness.
