I was part of the various recruitment projects in Allegis and other operating companies of Allegis.  Projects included: Commercial, Engineering, Scientific, Professional, and Industrial recruiting. I have also worked on compliance, operations, business, and management consulting requirements. My responsibilities included • To actively sourcing through internal databases, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Internet sources, customized job postings, and candidate referrals.• Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing (phone) the candidate.• Manage and develop new recruiters and hold them accountable for weekly recruiting goals.• Develop new office presence in APAC by pipelining candidates to get potential business across Tech and Financial companies. • At last, I was a part of the Internal Talent Acquisition team to hire recruitment professionals for Allegis.Achievements:  • 2016 Allegis India Contest Winner.• 2017 Allegis India Contest Winner.• Got my first target based promotion within 7 months.• Had achieved 166% of the expected goal.

I was responsible for assessing customer service representatives in their resolution of product issues, in accordance with the company’s set guidelines.
