• I was part of the various recruitment projects in Allegis and other operating companies of Allegis. Projects included: Commercial, Engineering, Scientific, Professional, and Industrial recruiting. I have also worked on.
• To actively sourcing through internal databases, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Internet sources, customized job postings, and candidate referrals.
• Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing (phone) the candidate.
