•Responsible for all the marketing activities in the Ahmedabad RO.•Planning and proper utilization of the sales promotion budget and expenses.•Providing the training and updating the knowledge of the Temporary staff i.e. Crop Advisors.•Responsible for the handling the RKK activities in the Ahmedabad RO.Channel Partner Management: •Conducting retailer meetings for strengthening distribution network.•Participation of farmer and retailer in FGD for better level of understanding and bridging the gap between demand and supply.•Performing R & R activities for maintaining retailer network through better level of satisfaction.•Liasoning with govt. officials such as of GGRC, Sugar Factories for product selling.

•Performing effective sales operations in crop protection segment, micronutrient and specialty fertilizers for achieving assigned sales targets well in time.•Implementation of business strategies to place a wide range of agri-inputs by judging the competitors activity, which must be time effective.•Coordinating with a team of field assistants in their day-to-day business activities and solving various operations and related queries for better product understanding and increasing farmer productivity before and after.•Conducting product promotion techniques such as Large and small farmer meeting, 4S and crash campaigns, crop seminar, farmer exchange programme, demonstrations, field days, participation in agriculture fair etc.•Designing and suggesting product related schemes on seasonal basis to get appropriate market share.•Carry out market survey activities for getting deeper understanding of current scenario and trends that market as well as farmers are following and thereby suggesting ways or areas of improvement.•Aligning responsibilities of requirements from Farmer, retailer, distributor, C&F, factory persons, colleagues and seniors on same or other region within specified time limit.
