I worked in LG Service Centre as Senior Customer care officer at CST for 8 Months. I started working there when i was in F.Y.J.C. & i did both together job & study. Since my exam was nearby i leave the company for my Exam study. I got much experience there about basic computer skills & Communication skills. They were using software to feed all the customer Data & stored that data in the files. At the end petty cash counting responsibility is also handled by me.
