- Ideating for branded content for north based clients across WWM brands. - Creation of video, digital and print concepts, inclusive of idea, treatment and requirements for execution. - Creating customized solutions for brands by marrying the strengths of internal brands and client requirements in order to provide the most effective and efficient solutions. - Project management for large concepts by coordinating and handling requirements, timelines/deadlines, creatives, and expectations of all parties involved (internal as well as external).

The idea for the company and the understanding for a need in this space came over months of discussion with my Co-founder who had mulled over the concept for months. With a whole lot of passion and enough ambition we decided to take the dive. Along with creating a game plan and executing the same with my co-founder for the set up of our operations, the responsibilities included everything that a new company required. learning the legal requirements and instructing an external legal firm on what needed to be done at every turn. Executing a foreign direct investment procedure with no set rules in the Indian companies act for FDI in the e-commerce sector. Creation of multiple valuations and projections based on adapting to the changing environment of the sector. Setting up a sales team and approaching the market to on-board vendors across different markets.The work was dynamic and produced completely new challenges everyday which didn't only require time and effort but a lot of patience and a strong will to learn. The experience overall gave me a real life experience of setting up and creating a business and taught me how having tunnel vision in any role of a company will just not make the cut.

- Worked on Brand solutions and Ad sales handling clients across the West region of the country- Brand solutions included providing activation's on television in the form of sponsorship's for already existing shows, as well as custom solutions based on client marketing communication.(AFP's)- Solutions ranged from digital based shows promoted on television and vice versa- Generated revenue through different streams including solutions to clients for On-ground, On-Air, Digital and consumer products Consumer products (Brand Licensing, promotional licensing)- Planning of television ad campaigns for clients and placement of commercial along with fitting sponsorship solutions to support the campaign. - Maintaining database of full set of 45-50 clients, inclusive of Client details as well as Media/Creative Agency details.
