Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Vision and Roadmap Development: • Work with Product Managers to prioritise features and functionalities based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. 2. Backlog Management: • Break down high-level features into manageable user stories, ensuring they are ready for the team to work on. 3. Stakeholder Engagement: • Act as the primary liaison between the development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals. 4. Customer-Centric Approach: • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure that the product design meets customer expectations and provides an optimal user experience. Use data analytics to inform decisions and adjust the product roadmap as needed. 5. Iteration Planning and Execution: • Work closely with Scrum Masters and Agile teams to plan and execute iterations, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. 6. Feature Delivery: • Ensure that product features are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality, adhering to the e-comm standards, Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless feature integration and deployment. 7. Release Management: • Work with DevOps and other teams to ensure that the product is stable, scalable, and performs well in production. 8. Compliance and Security: • Ensure that the product complies with security policies, regulations, and industry standards..Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory requirements or changes. 9. Scaled Agile Coordination: • Work within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to align team efforts with the larger portfolio and enterprise goals.. Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, syncs, and other SAFe ceremonies to ensure alignment across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Requirement Gathering and Analysis: • Collaborate with stakeholders, including retail managers, store operators, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements for the POS system. • Conduct thorough analysis of existing POS processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business goals. 2. Process Mapping and Documentation: • Develop detailed process maps, use cases to document the functionalities of the POS system. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user manuals. 3. Stakeholder Engagement: • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirements. 4. Solution Design and Validation: • Work closely with solution architects and developers to design POS system features that meet business needs and improve operational efficiency. • Validate the designed solutions through reviews, walkthroughs, and prototypes, ensuring they align with business objectives and user expectations. 5. Testing and Quality Assurance: • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure that POS functionalities meet the defined requirements and quality standards. • Collaborate with QA teams to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or discrepancies. 6. Change Management and Training: • Support change management activities by providing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users on new POS features and processes. • Assist in managing the transition to new POS systems, including data migration, system integration, and user adoption. 7. POS System Integration: • Ensure seamless integration of the POS system with other retail systems, such as inventory management, CRM, and ERP. • Work with technical teams to address integration challenges and ensure data consistency across systems.
