I have had a diverse career in government administration, banking, analytics, and large-scale change management. Throughout my career, I have actively sought challenges and driven innovation to effect significant organizational changes. In my most recent role as a Civil Service Officer for the government in India, I represented a state of 12M people and served as the Head of Finance in the national capital. I led negotiations and represented the interests of the state of Uttarakhand at the federal level. Before joining the government, I worked as a manager for India's second-largest bank. A highlight was when the CEO selected me to be a part of a team to lead an organization-wide transformation after the biggest fraud in the history of Indian banking. As part of this exercise, I completed several change-management and transformation projects related to fraud management, credit, digital products, and HR.During my Full-Time MBA at the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto), I was on the Dean's List and recognized as a Bregman Scholar, representing the top 10% of my class. In my free time, I love playing table tennis, binge-watching TV shows, photography, and cooking. Sparking dynamic conversations around global happenings, sports, and cinema is my way of turning casual chats into stimulating exchanges.
