At the University of Miami, I was a teacher assistant under Manav Sharma and Dr. Ji Shen for the THINK program. THINK stands for translational health in nutrition and kinesiology. Through this program, I was able to teach elementary-middle school students about important nutritional facts and the anatomy of the human body through engaging activities and fun presentations.

Participant of the Youth Ambassador Program at Feeding South Florida, through initiatives focused on ending hunger through raising awareness and funds. Throughout this year’s term, have demonstrated commitment by actively participating in a variety of activities including food drives, writing uplifting notesfor senior meal boxes, volunteering at events or one of our facilities to pack food, andregularly contributing to our monthly meetings.

Taught rising freshman who plan to be apart of the Mu Alpha Theta club of American Heritage, the Geometry/Algebra 2 competition level program. Reviewed over tests, homework, and prepared material to be taught during the duration of the class.
