Engage with the teams in technical discussions on projects, as and when required. Also associate as design team member into the Key Projects i.e. Projects of National Importance.C. Handle resource allocation between projects, by setting the right project teams - both for the projects, and the personal development of the team membersD. Develop in discussion/deliberation with individual staff members on their professional and personal development.E. Handle all organizational and staff related matters for the team, including recruitmentF. My inputs to review of the development’s master plan with respect to geometry/safety and FRLs were used for enhancements / strengthening of the plan. 3rd Ring Road Interchange, Makkah responsible for Preliminary Design of the proposed changes to the existing interchange serving as a Gateway to the new development (King Abdul Aziz Boulevard). The proposed changes would provide free access & would connect to most of the links; this interchange will be a multi-level interchange.R882/2 Al Suffouh - Bridge Links responsible for the detailed design for two bridges linking the Dubai Promenade to the surrounding road network & upgrading of local roads. It was ensured while carrying out the alignment design that all requirements of various departments within the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority are met. Qatar Education City, Doha responsible for preparation of proposed grading plan, alignment design for temporary access road, roads adjacent to car parks and people mover network. Education City is a 2,500-acre campus on the outskirts of Doha & is envisioned as a hub for the generation of new knowledge providing world-class facilities. Show less

Stacked diamond Interchange near Johor Bahru, Malaysia - responsible for the detail design & design support during construction for the three level interchange. The scheme involved one Underpass, the main Overpass with a single point diamond type junction involving four Slip roads and four Ramps at the middle level. The constraints for the project were KTMB (Railway) Tunnel running along one of the main line.
