Investment Banking - Structured Finance- Supported high growth corporates through their life cycle in the UK Mid Market principally in London and the South East. These business have the following characteristics: growth trajectory, turnover c£10m - c£75m, experienced management teams, propensity to borrow c£5m - c£30m with likelihood of corporate event finance requirements, niche products and strong USPs.- Supported origination and execution of event driven financing opportunities in the SME market. This role involved pitching, deal structuring, pricing, peer comparison & benchmarking, negotiating loan terms, identifying covenants, running return model, credit and financial analysis, documentation review, transaction management and deal execution to fund acquisitions.- I have worked in many sectors but have particular experience in leisure, retail, and healthcare.Portfolio Management- Handled a portfolio of approximately 150 clients having business in different sectors in London.- Prepared detailed credit reports highlighting various aspects affecting the business and thereby its risk rating. This included understanding company business, identifying risks, industry trends, financial ratio analysis, cash flow projection, sources of repayment and various other credit metrics.- Supported relationship managers in pitching clients by providing them the summary of clients' current performance and the risk appetite of the bank.

Auditing & Assurance:- Field senior for Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits of various corporate entities.- Review of HR process in respect of recruitment, training, fill and final settlement, attendance and leave management.Direct Taxation:- Computation of Total Income, Filing of Tax Audit reports, Income tax returns and rectification applications.- Assisting in preparation of submission, compilation of details for Income Tax Scrutiny assessments.Coverage - Logistics, Printing Industry, Manufacturing Industry and Education Sector.
