As the Head of Project Management Office, MDR at SISA, I lead a team of project analysts to deliver forensics-driven cybersecurity solutions to clients across various industries. I oversee the planning, budgeting, coordination, and execution of multiple projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. I also manage contact renewals, collaborate with the marketing, sales and pre-sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and with the technical and operational teams to optimize and improve the performance and efficiency of each function within the MDR business unit to meet the revenue, gross profit and gross margin goals during each financial year. Also collaborate with finance control to prepare the annual budget at the before each financial year. I have an MBA in Operations Management from Alliance University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology. I have over six years of experience in IT project and program management, strategic IT management, project team management, and pre-sales and sales. I have successfully managed and delivered several large-scale and complex IT and cybersecurity projects, such as data center design and deployment, cloud migration, network security, and disaster recovery. I have also received the Sales Excellence Award for achieving my individual sales target for the financial year 2020-21, as well as several rewards and recognitions in my current organisation.
