I am a Business Head at AGOS Aviation, a leading provider of air cargo solutions and services. With over 13 years of experience across industries and functions, I have a passion for creating and executing end-to-end strategic solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. In my current role, I oversee all aspects of business operations, including client relationships, financial management, legal and compliance, new product development, strategic decisions, manpower management, vendor management and negotiation, and customer interactions. I have worked closely with reputed airlines across the globe, such as Atlas Air, Emirates SkyCargo, and AirBridge Cargo, and established two new processes in a BPO/KPO model for Atlas Air. I have also led the execution of a challenging project of movement of cargo from Dhaka-Bangladesh to Zaragoza - Spain by using two mediums of transport i.e. Land and Air.Prior to joining AGOS Aviation, I was a strategic advisor for the same company, where I achieved operational excellence by using technology and automation, and created contingency plans for constantly changing schedules. I have also held positions as a manager of business development at Lokya, a financial planner at Vodafone India, and a research analyst at Center for Monitoring Indian Economy. Through these roles, I have developed and demonstrated skills in performance monitoring, industry analysis, new business development, product and brand management, supplier and dealer relations, budgeting and financial planning, and research and insights. My education background includes a master's degree in finance from the University of Mumbai and a bachelor's degree in information technology from Shri D.J. Sanghvi College of Engineering. My knowledge of multiple industries, especially aviation and telecom, allows me to build profitable products and business synergies, and create cost-effective solutions that have a positive impact on the bottom line.
