• Preparation of Financial Model & Information Memorandum (PIM) of the Projects.• Manage all stage of financial closure for projects which includes development of financial model & IM, Liaison with Banks/Financing Institutions for sanction, discussion and finalization of definitive agreements, CP compliance and disbursement.• Manage structured Debt/ Quasi Equity/ Private Equity to meet equity requirements of the projects/ SPV`s.• Participate in the acquisition process, as and when the opportunity arises, and accomplishing the activities involving finance e.g. carrying out due diligence, coordinating with consultants and ensuring proper due diligence reports from them.• Manage Working Capital/ short term fund Requirements of the group companies.• Represent finance in bid and proposal to provide input on the Risk, taxation and financial assumptions for bid including development of financial model for BOOT projects.• Prepare annual operating plan/ Budget of the group companies and periodic MIS.• Manage External Credit Rating of the companies/SPV`s.• Manage monthly MIS of all Group companies.
