I am in the Top Management of one of the largest General Insurers in India ,having over 36 yrs. of Experience . We are playing the Infinite Game, as Carse n Simon term it, of 💯 Insurance Inclusion-through Digital Innovation and Human Connect.At present driving Specialised Oil & Energy( Off-shore) & Aviation Insurance Verticals , as well the Digital Transformation of the Company across the entire Insurance Value Chain.Also I am Overseeing the Large Corporates n Broker Cells ; besides working at developing the Centre of Analytic Excellence n TX backed by a Sound, usable and resilient Data Strategy.Earlier have driven Other Mega Risk Covers ( heading our Corporate Project Cell) as well .As the GM- Enterprise Risk Management ( a subject very close to my heart ) , I am assisting the Board in Risk Governance, and also working upon ESG and Climate Risk Management objectives for Organisational Resilience and Sustainability goals. In My Role As the Chief of the Internal Audit function I seek to provide assurance and collaboration across these Control functions for Stakeholders Trust in my Company .I am a Fellow Member of Insurance Institute of India since 1996, and a former Junior Research Fellow of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi.Prior to this Top Management position, over the years I have worked in U.P., Tamil Nadu, UT- Puducherry, Telangana, Jharkhand , Bihar and Maharashtra States/ Regions , in various Leadership positions in Operations heading large Teams and Network of Business Offices/Service Centres.
