Totally I have 16 months of experience in Us payroll. • Process weekly & bi-weekly payroll and ensure the overall accuracy ofemployee data entry.• Processing employee maintenance like, New hires, Re-hires, Payratechanges, Deductions, W4 with holdings.• Prepare data for payroll to include Time off, Vacation, Personal andleave of absence.• Collecting all employee data changes, and timesheets.• Update and review all the forms, W4, A4 & all the deductions etc.• Reconcile payroll and validate reports.• Maintain special payroll data in payroll system such as social securitydata, tax data, court orders, advances, and withholdings.• Accurate and timely processing of client payrolls.• SOP Preparation and Update the existed SOPs as per changes.• Maintaining accuracy in the process without errors.• Entering the timesheets manually and maintaining accuracy.• Working on E-Mails queries from the other departments and client.• Allocating the customer queries to team on daily basis.• Validating & uploading the invoices into the VISION & FOCUS system.• Update daily dash boards and shared with business clients and seniormanagement.
