Main project features: • NISHTHA (National Initiative for School Heads’ and Teachers’ Holistic Advancement) – A flagship teacher training program launched by the Department of School Education and Literacy, MHRD to conduct face to face in service training for teachers and principals. • Feedback Committee on (NEP) National Educational Policy 2019 (Draft) – A committee has been formed to provide suggestions and feedback on NEP 2019 in SCERT, Delhi. • Principal Leadership Development Program – A school leadership development program in association with national & international institutions and with local partners. • Mission Buniyaad – A Campaign 'to ensure all children can read grade appropriate text and solve basic Math operations in DoE Schools' Delhi. Activities undertaken: • Coordination & planning with NCERT and conducted training program of State resource persons and Key Resource Person under NISHTHA Program. Planning and coordination for conducting teachers training of all the teachers of schools of MCD of Delhi. • As a part of the suggestion committee on NEP 2019 (draft), coordinated with different stakeholders, organized consultative meet, collected, and compiled suggestions, and submitted them to MHRD. • Assisting the Directorate of Education and NGO partners to ensure collaborative, good quality implementation of the Leadership Development program for Heads of Schools and teachers.• Meeting, coordination, and liaison with Senior officials, Ministers, Heads of Schools, Teachers, NGO Partners, and stakeholders.• School Visit, observation, feedback, and academic support provided to school leaders and teachers under Leadership and ‘Mission Buniyaad’.• Created lesson plans for all schools of Delhi in the Hindi language under ‘Mission Buniyaad’. • Supported and worked with the Entrepreneur Mindset Curriculum team.

Main project features: Provided academic support to Govt. teachers in capacity-building programs by establishing a good rapport with district & block level functionaries, Mobilized teachers' networks to voluntarily be a part of their professional development. Set up a Teacher resource center in the block/District for informal discussions among teachers, develop reading behaviors, and conduct seminars and workshops. Activities Undertaken: • Facilitate teacher professional development in the district by mobilizing teacher networks and Creating a volunteer Teacher Forum in the Tehri district• Conduct training, Workshops, and Seminars on language and educational perspectives as a resource person that includes training, content & module development, organization, and management.• Provide academic, leadership & managerial support to teachers, Principals, DIET faculty, and district and block-level officials. • Liaison, and coordination with district and block-level functionaries in conducting In-Service Teacher training, need analysis, and program planning for capacity development. • School Visit, Lesson planning, Classroom interaction with children and hand hold support to teachers and Principals. • Setup and operationalized a Teacher Learning Centre for informal discussions among teachers & educators, developing reading behaviors and conducting seminars /workshops
