As an e-commerce executive my job role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the company, from product listing to on-time product delivery to the consumer. In addition to facilitating effective communication between the fulfilment, marketing, and finance departments and third-party logistics partners, my work would entail cross-functional operational processes.Core Responsibilities-Product and Inventory Management: Provide and oversee product listings with correct product details, photos, and prices for our website and other sales channels. Work together with the warehouse to keep the product information current and to keep an eye on inventory levels to make sure that the products are stocked and ready for purchase.Order processing: Manage and handle customer orders, including order confirmation, correspondence with the warehouse staff, billing, tracking, refunds, and resolving order-related problems on various platforms and channels.Performance & Reporting: Make data-driven decisions to optimize cost and logistical efficiency by utilizing customer and logistics data to analyze and uncover trends, preferences, and pain spots. To ensure that the data is transparent to the other members of the team, maintain dispatch and sales reports.
