Developing Optimisation Techniques: - Excel Solver Integration: Use Excel Solver for real-time optimisation of workspace allocation, ensuring efficient use of spaces. - Dynamic Adjustments: Develop algorithms to dynamically reallocate spaces based on current utilisation data.3. Modeling: - Historical Data Analysis: Gather and preprocess historical utilisation data to identify trends and patterns. - Predictive Modelling: Develop and conduct time series analysis, regression analysis to forecast future workspace utilisation.4. Visualisation and Reporting: - Real-Time Dashboards: Create Tableau dashboards to display real-time workspace utilisation metrics. - Predictive Analytics Reports: Develop interactive Tableau reports to visualise predictive insights and simulate different scenarios.By combining real-time monitoring with predictive modelling, this integrated project aims to provide a robust solution for optimising workspace utilisation at Westpac's Barangaroo office. I was responsible for Developing the BPCL's Oil business by Construction, Upgradation and up-keeping Retail Outlets . 1. Expanded retail business with the construction of new gas stations worth $301,000.00 and execution of CAPEX sanctions for major up-gradation of existing gas stations. 2. Successfully managed Pulsar Up-gradation and replacement of Multi-product dispensing units at 42 Retail Outlets.3. Handled Capex Budget of Rs.5 Crores including capitalization of assets amounting to Rs. 1-1.2 Crores through SAP MM Module.4. Successfully maintained Uptime of Retail Outlet Operations by 92% through Electrical Maintenance on timely basis.5. Conducted Safety Inspection of 121 Retail Outlets in half-yearly basis.6. Successfully commissioned New Retail Automation Project in 62 Retail Outlets in association with M/s Pinelabs.

Supply and Logistics Management1) Commissioned Export Business of Bonded MS and HSD from NJP TOP to Bhutan Customers making NJP Terminal , the 34th location to hold export business in BPCL . 2) Generated 1.5 Cr per day thru stock Handling of 25 no's of Sikkim based Retail Outlets thru Stock Digitization and ensuring Supply on timely basis from Rangpo Depot ,Sikkim to avoid Nil dry outs. Timely execution of supplies to Bulk customers like Army Supplies , NF Railway, Yuksom Beverages, Sikkim etc . Project Management1) Commissioned Speed Blending Unit at Rangpo Depot, Sikkim leading to supply of Speed , Branded MS for the first time to Sikkim ROs from Rangpo Depot, Sikkim. 2) Collaborated with Engineering and Projects team for MB Lal Recommendation Compliance Project worth Rs.90 Lakhs for NJP TOP Terminal. Automation Role Holder for carrying out Terminal Automation System (TAS) Project of NJP TOP Terminal . Procurement and Contract Services1) Monitoring of R&M budget particularly for all equipment’s through Preventive Maintenance Module . Ensuring Cost per KL to be within BP target . 2) Handled major contracts including payments related to AMC and ARC such as procurement of manpower for various jobs such as regular Housekeeping, Electrical-Mechanical Maintenance Jobs, Rangpo Depot Operatorship etc.

DURING MY TENURE AT INTEGRATED REFINERY EXPANSION PROJECT-ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT OF KOCHI REFINERY ,  Commissioned Mixer motors for Tanks coming under IREP project. Commissioning of Fire water Pump house under IREP project of Kochi refinery. Tendering for Relocation/Installation of Highmast and Salvaging of Scraps under IREP project. Erection of HV and MV panels at New SRU and DHDS Unit under IREP at Kochi Refinery.  Erection of Transformers at New SRU and DHDS Unit. Commissioning of HTLC system for 6.0 MW motor at DHDS unit.  Construction Power to different contractors under IREP project Created Checklist for testing and commissioning of Motors.  Coordinated with our PMC, EIL for conducting Factory Acceptance Tests of LT switchboards at L&T Coimbatore.  Coordinated with our PMC, EIL for conducting Routine Tests (Inspection Check) of Distribution Transformers (2.5 MVA) for Two LOTs at RIMA Transformer, Bangalore.  Coordinated with our PMC,EIL for conducting Manufacturing Status of Power transformers (3 x 50 MVA) at BHEL , Jhansi Finalized New Annual maintenance Contractor for Maintaining Construction Power at IREP sites of DHDS area, Kochi refinery. Reviewing of Control Schemes of Switchboards etc under process jointly with Engineers India Limited . Reviewing of SLDs, load lists , drawings under process jointly with EIL . Commissioning of Highmast at DHDS area for construction power Commissioning of MOVs at Black Oil Tanks. Monitoring jobs with EIL team. Co-ordination with Internal customers of IREP team and All existing Units. Experience in Commissioning New 33 KV GIS Sub-station
