TAL Manufacturing Solution Limited - 100% TATA Motors Subsidiary) as they needed someone who can handle procurement & product development with quick decision making approach.The Management Expectation -Readiness of the Product in minimum time frame and also within benchmarked direct material (BOM) cost and simultaneously work on Procurement of Automation Project.Actions Taken -Started New Product Development Plan aligning it with the existing status of the Product in Research & Development Design.Led to Stage-wise time plan as per requirement from toolings to trial & plan Procurement accordingly.Followed by Selection & Action on Long Lead & Critical items.Which led to the next step of Continoues monitoring of BOM cost & improvement by opting for alternatives in makes & tools type.Finally Quick action on changes as per R&D requirement.Results Achieved -Better clarity in time schedules & direct material cost to management.Cost savings in overall BOM cost.Recognised and promoted as Senior Manager - SCM in Mar 2019. Was hired as Asst.
