Contribution to Pre-Sales• Providing techno-commercial solutions on Subscription, Service and Training this involves coordination with partner, commercial & product team to meet target price confirmed by client.• Responsible to work with service & training team ensuring that the routing solutions for the quotes requested are in line with our available dedicated entrance facilities with partners.• Responsible to provide daily status to Global Sales Managers for all in pipe and due for renewal opportunities. Contribution to Post-Sales• Once the order is confirmed by sales team ensuring the price is valid or not, if not arranging the necessary approvals to process the order further.• Preparing Order Form as per the final requirement of customer order.• Documents scrutiny like Order Form, PO, MSA, and Custom orders.• Maintaining repository of all the contracts.• Order processing and narration of contracts correctly in Salesforce.com.• Creating new users and project codes in NetSuite for timesheet purpose of the support resources and tracking travel & expenses.• Coordinating with service and training team to get the order commissioned/delivered.• Also making sure billing team gets all the necessary information post order is delivered.
