Leap Onboard is a refreshing new approach for companies to engage with candidates and employees, right from the first interview to the offer to their ongoing success within a company.As a firm believer in recognizing and bringing out the best in people, Leap Onboard is the canvas to translate that belief into action, helping individuals to find purpose and fulfillment in their professional journey. By empowering HR teams to seamlessly engage with candidates and employees, we help organizations boost hiring, retention, and ultimately create workplaces where individuals thrive.In chronological order, my previous work has spanned across: developing software products at Adobe (2001-2006); founding a local business search startup named TolMolBol.com under PennyWise (2006-2008); leading product management at Skenzo/Media.net (2009-2013); scaling and running digital services delivery for PennyWise, a technology services company acquired by The Ogilvy Group (2013-2023); and along with the co-founders of PennyWise, investing in a few D2C and ad-tech startups.In terms of capability building and delivery, I have set up, scaled and managed technology, UX, PM, BA, digital marketing, customer support and human resources teams. These experiences taught me a ton about what's missing when it comes to hiring and retaining great folks.
