 Lead and mentored cross functional team of engineers and managers for the C-130J Super Hercules , A legacy program from Lockheed Martin USA  Vendor development and mentoring to Vendors Technical team of Vendors for re-engineering and tooling design activities. Developed and led the team of Engineers for the Planning activities of C-130 J Legacy program. Led the cross functional team for Tooling design and Tooling title transfer to customer after first off proving.  Mentoring the process planning team for the preparation of Process sheets and requirement finalization as per engineering. Project review and dealing with different agencies like customer, supplier and internal department for smooth execution of project. Vendor development and out sourcing as per project requirement. Mentoring the cross functional teams for the preparation of IMS and monitoring / tracking it to achieve on time delivery of the product with excellent quality to the customer. Leading the team for identification of Risk matrices and critical path for the acute monitoring and measuring these on day to day basis.  Part of AOP review and financial decision making team.  Leading Process Planning Team for Hawk Trainer Jet program.  Led the team of engineers for transfer of technology under international work transition from M/s Bae Systems UK for Hawk trainer program to HAL, India. Identified, developed and led the team of Engineers for the Planning activities of Hawk Trainer Program. Led the team of engineers for the Facility planning and establishment of Structural assembly line. Developed and led the configuration Management  Nominated as Single point of contact to customer and Bae System’s Tech Assist team for any technical queries and resolution. Preparation of deviation reports and representing the organization to customers and their representatives. Successfully managed and executed the SOW per Purchase contract from customer and their change requirements through Change board.
