CurrentUtilizing broad scope of industry knowledge, I have been planning, scheduling, staffing, delegating, executing, controlling and monitoring the operations in order to ensure the targets are met within the time frame. I provide creative direction in conducting entire activities of engineering departments and ensure the operational goals are fulfilled by the effective utilization of resources.I maintain good client relationships and attend client meeting so as to attend queries and resolve issues. I am specifically responsible for ensuring all the engineering tasks are accomplished in accordance with the client and legal requirements. I attend technical meeting along with sales team in the stage of project finalization.While leveraging industry’s best practices, I design the fire alarm voice evacuation system, central battery emergency lighting system and self-contained monitoring system as per DCD requirements. I proactively provide technical support to design department. I am also accountable for planning and implementation of projects’ commissioning activities.I regularly attend site meetings with Consultants and Project Managers to discuss the site progress and planning. Providing strategic leadership while allocating projects to site engineers, I organize site activities. I organize regular commissioning meetings and keep track of the project progress and allocate new projects.To enhance the performance of the commissioning team, I organize various field training sessions for them. I effectively coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve technical issues. I diligently ensure all the reports and relevant documents are maintained properly as per the ISO requirements. I represent the ISO audits on behalf of Commissioning Department.Key outcomes: I hold the distinction of successfully leading and organizing 200 plus projects.
