Complete responsible for the Supplier Parts Quality Assurance & Non-Conformity of parts. local suppliers are being handled in the various parts of India, Handling various commodity of parts such as proprietary parts, Sheet Metal parts, Machining, Plastic Injection Molding, Rubber Products, etc.Responsible for all of the supplier part issues that is being reported inline, customer end and accountable for producing the intermittent actions to support the line production and permanent counter measure for arresting the problems for the further occurrences in future. Investigating the problems up to its roots and finding the solution to Reduce/eliminate the problems there by controlling the Quality and verify and validate the supplier 8D and poke yoke systems.Responsible to visit various local suppliers end to conduct the various types of audits (Supplier Assessment audit, System and process verification audit, PPAP Audit) during the various levels of the part development process. Supplier Part related deviations such as engineering change note, Action Authorization sheet, Deviation request note and Design change fit ments​ related concerns are being analyzed and approval is being provided to respective suppliersMonitoring and communicating to all the problems to suppliers regarding the quality metrics trend and actions are being received from suppliers for their problems with backup plan.Prepare, maintain and communicate to the supplier score cards.Worked directly with suppliers to improve product quality, performance and reliability and supplier 4M Change Control. Reviewing, analyzing, and dis-positioning supplier PPAP submissions.Create inspection standards (Tot Stat) and procedures, appearance standards, and rework and sorting procedures and provide trading to inspectors.Co- ordinate with CFT and NPD for Cost reduction activities and Supplier part Rejection analysis.Familiar in FMEA, Control plan, PPAP, Kaizen, and Poke-yoke.
