• Define the technical roadmap of Windows ClientOS and LakeSide Systrack. • Define the low level security standard of Endpoints and make sure it is fully aligned with groups security standard. This involves using other security tools like FDE, Anti-Malware, DLP, EDR and SIEM team to tactically and strategically lay security maturity roadmap and drive delivery excellence. • Harden the Endpoint on a continuous basis considering the latest Threat Vector and make sure the Endpoint is updated to handle all emerging security threats.• Responsible for all feature enhancement by collaborating with Build, SCCM, AD and Security team. Also help them define the roadmap for respective products.

• Responsible for defining the road-map of SharePoint as a product.• Review and suggest all the feature enhancement of SharePoint to meet the business requirement.• Define strategies and approaches on upgrades with minimum impact.• Define low level security document which is aligned with the group's security standard.

- Act as the primary contact of Microsoft vendors, both in terms of technical escalation and team management.- Responsible for ensuring the technical readiness and maintaining the technical wellness of the support engineering staff at different Microsoft supplier sites. - Provide consulting, resolution advice to supplier that will improve the customer experience. Offer technical guidance to others and share technical expertise on SharePoint related issues.

- Provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required.- Resposible for resolution of highly complex and technical SharePoint issue, and often through collaboration with different teams globally with various technical specializations by interfacing with various levels of management within customers, Partners, and Microsoft.- Being a Trusted advisor to customer on SharePoint Technologies (2007, 2010 and 2013).

- Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.- Monitor and handle the Operation of Helpdesk Support team managing 1600 Desktops.- Effectively handle all project requirements and operations within the stipulated SLA.- Co-ordinate and ensure efficient maintenance and ensure compliance to all disaster recovery plans.

- Manage, administer and execute various system management activities including data backup and recovery.- Planning and executing Datacenter Maintenance and server patch update activities. - Monitor all system alerts and assist to resolve complex issues in system hardware and software.
