Achieved, till date, a 70% reduction in manual efforts by business as well as functional/development team.Setting up of processes for Developers team on how to effectively gather requirements & how to track the tasks transparently for business & other team members’ visibilityInitiated & accomplished Primary & Secondary Owner model (along with a Fire-fighter) for all tasks under the team’s purview ensuring business continuity.Developed usage metrics analytics by report page & enabled business to focus or redirect more effort on the report pages with high traction. This was not by default available from MSFT. Leveraged a combination of tools & techniques to bring this live. Part of Digital enablement sessions at a global level, notably introducing & training business users on Power Apps + Power Automate suite.
