Introducing new employees to the staff and hand over the candidate to the concern department.Joining Formalities and Induction Process:• After completing pre-employment formalities as per company’s policy at Corporate • General Introduction to new employee about the company, organization structure, HR policy, hand book, general procedures and leaves policy.• Organizing induction and Maintaining and Updating the Employee Master Data in HRMS, Personnel files.Time Office and Payroll Management:• Daily reviewing the attendance record of the employees.
