Repair And Maintenance Engineer
• Perform assembling, disassembling , calibration , testing and troubleshooting of downhole tools.• Radiation Safety Officer for Halliburton Dubai facility.• Responsible for liaising with Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulations (FANR) and Oilfield Supply Centre (OSC) for all import and export of Radioactive shipments, Radiation License, Import/ Export FANR permits.• Develop and conduct Radiation Safety and Security trainings for supervisors and the employees. • Maintaining Employee Dosimeter Reports, Quarterly Compliance Assurance (QCA) for all Radioactive assets, Record keeping and reporting of all safety related activities.• Coordinates the activities in maintaining and troubleshooting down-hole tools.• Communicate with Service Coordinators regarding equipment availability and readiness.• Promotes service excellence and customer satisfaction by providing leadership and mentoring.• Ensure the successful execution of maintenance processes in a safe and efficient manner.• Adheres to Health,Safety and Environment (HSE) guidelines, Safety training compliance including Job risk assessment.• Plan and schedule workflow to ensure everything is properly handled in a timely manner.• Maintain and control inventories of parts, consumables and technical manuals with full accountability for the accuracy of records. • Prepare the internal audit schedule, conduct internal audits and is accountable for implementing of HMS.• Competent in qualifying Positive Pulsers, Directional and Gamma probes .• Qualified for handling Radioactive sources and handling the radioactive shipments.• Involved in the responsibilities related to Radioactive storage in the facility, Radioactive shipments for the operational requirements and conduct the leak tests for all the logging sources .
