Duties/Responsibilities: PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION: Plan and manage project activities including financial monitoring and grant management in accordance with rules and regulations, financial policies and procedures and donor compliance. Establish, develop and maintain professional relationship with different stakeholder for managing the project effectively and efficiently. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Support to plan, organize and coordinate meetings, workshops and result sharing/dissemination events involving appropriate stakeholders. Monitoring the activities to effectiveness of project initiates. REPORTING, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT & DOCUMENTATION: Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly report of the project. Provide assistance in data collection, compiling lessons learned, establishing indicators to support knowledge sharing.  Assist to preparing quarterly and annual donors reports, assessment reports, and quarterly monitoring reports. Ensure proper documentations including lesson learnt, good practices, Human Interest Stories and photographs. CAPACITY BUILDING: Facilitating different capacity building initiatives i.e. Training. workshop for project stakeholders  Reviewed different training manuals, guidelines and curriculums for teachers and partner staff. NETWORKING and MONITORING: Organize and facilitate workshops, trainings, meetings and ensure relevant stakeholders participation.  Maintain liaison with group, Local Government, CF, and provide regular support to ensure effective implementation of the project.  Follow up and maintain effective communication with target group for achieving results. Prepare and maintain data base as per donor prescribed format. Perform frequent field visits to strengthen monitoring system and develop effective relationship with community.

 Duties/Responsibilities: Implement the project on the basis of log frame and project activities plan at field level. Facilitating different training (home gardening-Compost, Post-harvest technology and fruits tree management) for skill development of women farmers. Collect and analysis data and prepared monthly, quarterly, and yearly report. Linkage with different local and government service provider to ensure better service. Develop agro- based market at field level to ensure fair price. Closely monitoring the project activities. Monthly report, work plan, module, schedule, Gantt chart and budget preparation. Explore strategic partnership with community people for sustainability of the project goal.
