Worked in Project Deployment and service delivery.  Huawei SPS/MGW/SBC/L2-SW Hardware structure, Basic config, integration, Commissioning, board functions, cable connections, clocks. Implementation activities included Change request, software and hardware upgrades, software updates, License Load, new functionality, NEs integration, Migration in live Network RFC raised with MOP preparation and validation with required approvals & Processes. Service, Feature and Functional Acceptance Test, NEs Handover to MS & TAC/Care. Network topology for the maintenance network, data access paths and devices Creation of IP connectivity (Sigtran, H.248, BICC), SIP connectivity configuration, signalling link, link set & route set, NTP configuration. SPS/MGW/SBC expansions, Alarms troubleshooting(functionalities, protocols, interfaces, parameters and configuration). E1s & SLC status, parameters, POI creation, AT, Traffic shift. Ready for Installation survey (Space, Power, MCB, ODF/DDF ports, Cable tray etc) of the site. Responsible for supervise Subcon team for Installation of Cabinet, Sub rack, Boards, Optical fibre cables, RJ45 cables according to layout. Internal & External Cascading of NEs. E1 Termination and Optical fibre connections with MUX/DDF/ODF. Connections of power cable from DCDB/PDF to NEs, PGND cables and MCB. Responsible for making plans and execute for project smooth implementations, procedures. Regular interactions with TL/TD/PM for planning, implementation, Required support. Interaction with customer and meetings regarding project & issues.

Worked in GDC team responsible for the GNOC operation and maintenance of NOKIA wireless GSM network includes Citrix applications, BMC PT4, Net Act, Alarm Monitoring, Packet Data Networks and Management tools for 20 months Monitoring Signalling, Non-s/g, Service, Non-service outages in MSC/BSC, GPRS links and VAS links MSC and BSC Alarms analysis, escalation, troubleshooting and preventing fault propagation and ensure network availability Rectification & seeking possible causes of MSS/MGW/HLR/GMSC Units alarms and Troubleshooting Monitoring of various POI, STP & NLD link status based on BCSU, SS7 Co-ordinating with transmission team for various media outages Monitoring Clear Codes in MSS and analyzing the cause for generation Analysis of GSM charging & Measurement files in various MSS on daily basis in NBH Performing checking on signalling link status, link load, circuit states in CGR, IP Based router status Monitoring BSC signalling links based on SS7 Suite Daily Analysis of various command calendars in different MSS/MGW’s/HLR. Calculation & Analysis of VLR count in various MSS on daily basis two times in NBH.  Tracing of MSISDN location in MSS/HLR Responsible for regularly tracing MSISDN location update, last activated time for Critical issues co-ordinating with Operator team NSS Reports- Health Check, VLRU Counts MSS wise in NBH, License Capacity reports of all NSS Elements in NBH, Down ET(Contains all down ETs in Entire Network), Router to Router(Fluctuations & Ping responses), Lease Line Sheet for service outagesProficiently creating TT/Tasks for various service outages via BMC tool Responsible for floating fault and restoration SMS/voice escalation to field team & customers. Working on Reflection software to login the remotely Elements in Network. Responsible for coordinating with OSS team for any issue in Citrix.
